BSR Real Estate Investment Trust, headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas, with corporate ties to Toronto, announced Wednesday that its units have received approval to list on the New York Stock Exchange, with trading expected to commence October 14, 2026.
The REIT, which currently trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbols HOM.U and HOM.UN, is expanding its capital markets reach by securing a foothold on one of the world's largest and most liquid equity exchanges. A dual listing of this nature typically broadens a company's investor base by making shares more accessible to US-based institutional and retail investors.
