Skydance Media has named three independent directors and added former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair as an advisor as it reshapes its leadership.
Skydance Media has announced the composition of its newly formed board of directors, bringing in prominent figures from technology, gaming and philanthropy as the media company charts its next chapter under founder David Ellison.
Ellison will retain his roles as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer while three independent directors join the board: Ynon Kreiz, who also serves as Skydance Co-CEO; Laurene Powell Jobs, founder and president of Emerson Collective; and Bobby Kotick, known for his long tenure as a founder of Activision, the gaming giant.

Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair has been appointed as an advisor to the board, adding an internationally recognized political and policy voice to Skydance's leadership structure.
