The Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal dismissed a petition filed by Dutch investor association VEB and a group of fellow shareholders seeking a formal inquiry into OCI N.V.'s corporate policies, the Amsterdam-listed fertilizer and chemicals company announced Oct. 7, 2026.
The court declined to order the investigation, a significant legal setback for the shareholder coalition that had pushed for judicial scrutiny of the company's governance practices. OCI, traded on Euronext Amsterdam under the ticker OCI, noted the chamber's decision without elaborating on the specific arguments that led to the ruling.
